We are pleasure to bring you an office design by HLM. Their design for the Screenworks office - a business setting for new and emerging companies in London, UK and it features a design by the HLM architectural practice with organic furnishings and industrial tones blended together into a modern mix.
The project begins on the ground level with a reception foyer that is in direct connection with the former industrial use of the building where radio and television sets used to be manufactured. The gray concrete floor continues the industrial aesthetic and you can see the exposed services and pipes on the ceiling.
There is an on-site café into the open layout with four meeting rooms that each has an original theme so that you have a games room and a room which tries to recreate the ambiance of the 1950s. There are 104 offices in total with a surface ranging from 20 to 96 square meters and they spread on the ground and four floors above.
